From 2003 to 2008 the Jerwood Photography Awards identified the most innovative artist photographers emerging in the UK. The Awards were organised annually by Portfolio Magazine and supported by the Jerwood Charitable Foundation as part of the JVA programme. The winners each received awards of £2,500.
