The Jerwood Charitable Foundation inaugurated the Jerwood Moving Image Awards in 2008. Awards of £10,000 were made to three artists, selected from a shortlist of thirty, making it a major prize for emerging artists working in digital moving art. Eight finalists had their work exhibited at Jerwood Space with the other shortlisted works available to view online at www.jerwoodmovingimage.org.
